These terms cover use of thedecisionchurch.org website forms and optional SMS/text alerts. They do not replace pastoral care, counseling confidentiality, or a full legal review by church leadership.

1. Website Use

This website is provided to help people visit, worship, pray, give, and connect with The Decision. Do not submit false information, attempt to disrupt church systems, or use forms to harass anyone.

2. Forms

Contact, prayer, visit, serve, help, counseling, and SMS forms are reviewed privately by church administrators. Submitting a form requests follow-up; it does not create membership, counseling, or any other relationship automatically.

3. SMS / Text Alerts

SMS alerts are optional. Consent is never a condition of attending services, visiting, praying, giving, or participating in ministry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opt Out / Help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS/text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help. You may also email info@thedecisionchurch.org.

5. Privacy

How information is collected and protected is described in the Privacy Policy.
