Delete Your Decision Church Account

This page is for people who use a Decision Church (The Decision Christian Assembly) signed-in account in the Decision Church app. It explains how to delete that account, what account-related data is removed, and what church ministry records may be kept.

Delete your account in the Decision Church app

Signed-in users can delete their account directly from the app.

1. Open the Decision Church app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Open My Space.
4. Open Account & Security.
5. Scroll to Delete Account.
6. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

You may be asked to confirm your identity before the deletion is completed.

Request account deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting The Decision Christian Assembly.

The contact form will be marked as an Account Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your Decision Church account so we can identify the correct account. Do not send your password.

What is deleted

When a Decision Church account is deleted, account-related data is removed. That includes:

• Decision Church login/account
• Account profile information associated with the login
• Private notes associated with the account
• Device notification registrations or tokens associated with the account

Information that may be retained

Church ministry records that were already submitted separately from your account may be retained by The Decision Christian Assembly. Examples may include prayer requests, connect cards, ministry submissions, or other church records.

Retained information may be kept for legitimate church, ministry, administrative, legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and the reason it is retained.

How long deletion takes

If you delete your account in the Decision Church app after confirming your identity, deletion is completed immediately.

If you request deletion from this website, deletion requests are reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably possible.

Important notice

Deleting your account is permanent. You may need to create a new account if you want to use signed-in Decision Church features again in the future.
