The Decision Community Assembly is a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic, multi-generational, economically diverse, Christian Assembly built to minister to the needs of our community and bring people into a covenant relationship with the God of the Holy Scriptures.

We are Ordinary People who serve an EXTRAORDINARY GOD...

At The Decision Church, we have decided to let each person express themselves for who they are, not attempting to change their personality, but to impact their character and positively increase people's relationship with Jesus Christ. We are just ordinary people, who go through the same life struggles that everyone else in the world does, with only one difference...We've made "The Decision" to follow Jesus and live within HIS grace. No matter what.

Lastly...You won't ever have to worry about the team at The Decision acting as if we have all the answers. We don't. But what we do have is an ever growing relationship with the ONE who does have all the answers. At The Decision, we earnestly do all that we can to be lead by, to hear and to share those answers from God.

The Decision Community C.O.G.I.C. is a member of the Churches Of God in Christ, Int’l. The Church of God in Christ (COGIC) is a prominent and influential Christian denomination in the United States. It is a predominantly African American Pentecostal denomination with a rich history dating back to its founding in the early 20th century. COGIC is known for its emphasis on vibrant worship, spirited services, and a belief in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, including speaking in tongues and faith healing. The denomination is structured with a hierarchical system of leadership, including bishops and jurisdictions. COGIC places a strong emphasis on holiness, evangelism, and social outreach, and it has played a significant role in the development of African American religious and cultural traditions.
